I haven’t received my reward claim code or have lost the reward claim code emailed to me by Utilita
Visit the Utilita contact page www.utilita.co.uk/contact-us and request that they re-send you your claim code.

I have already registered but have forgotten my password.
Click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the registration page to get a new one by entering the email address you used when you first registered.

It is not allowing me to claim my monthly set of rewards
This must mean you have already successfully claimed your monthly set of rewards. If it was your first month please return from the start to the end of next month to claim your final set of rewards.
Alternatively, email hello@utilitabignightsin.co.uk and you will be advised of your status within 72 hours.

I have misplaced the e-Voucher codes I successfully claimed.
Email hello@utilitabignightsin.co.uk and you we will revert back to you within 72 hours.

My Rakuten TV Super Points Code is not working.
